We have all witnessed or been part of teams with self-focused behaviors, defensiveness and lack of direction. What is the impact on your organization when people don't bring their best ideas forward and don't support each other? Imagine there is a way to shift the mindset of the teams in your organization that gives them the tools to tap into the collective strengths of the team and become aware of individual drivers and motivations to resolve conflict and communicate effectively.

Through interactive exercises, we will examine the key characteristics of high functioning teams. This workshop will focus on giving, HR professionals, strategies and tools to:

    1. Build a shared accountability mindset: Synchronize goals, roles and priorities across the team and leverage value-based decision-making.
    2. Uncover assumptions to build trust: Reduce miscommunication at moments of conflict and disagreement and see things from each other's points of view.
    3. Tap into collective strengths: Optimize performance by respecting team member's contributions (strategic, execution, building relationships and influencing).

Empower the team: Improve communication by aligning delivery methods with motivation and drivers
