What is #1 on the global HR trends? Culture.

Who is best suited in the organization to partner with leaders to lead the culture? Human Resources

This workshop is all about culture, values and behaviors and how they are all interconnected. We will also discuss how culture drives performance.

HR professionals know on a very personal level how much behaviors matter. But, how do you get employees to show more positive and collaborative behaviors and bring forward new ideas? In this workshop, we will discuss what motivates people and drives behaviors. How to talk to leaders and employees so everyone better align their behaviors with the strategic goals of organization.

We will share tools and strategies on how to:

    1. Identify your current and desired culture and matching values.
    2. Create a sense of connectedness to the strategic vision.
    3. Reinforce the kind of the behaviors that foster engagement and commitment versus self-interest.
