Behavioral Assessments can serve as a powerful tool in the workplace. We will discuss a variety of tools (i.e., Myers Briggs, DISC, Strengths Builder, etc…) and discuss the following questions:

    • What behavioral assessment tool is the best?
    • When should a behavioral assessment tool be used?
    • How can we ensure that the behavioral assessment tools is being used effectively?
