Building an Effective Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Strategy

Having an effective DEI Strategy is important to making meaningful strides towards a culture and company that enables all employees to bring their full selves to work and build a business where everyone feels seen, heard and supported. Many organizations approach DEI as checking off a box and are not intentional in their efforts and yield minimal results.

During this interactive presentation, we will discuss best practices to help you build a DEI strategy that promotes an inclusive workplace. We’ll discuss current DEI strategies you are using and challenges you are facing in your organization.

    In this session, you’ll learn:

    1. Defining Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
    2. Best practices for building a DEI strategy for your organization
    3. DEI Tools and Resources
