    Panel Discussion regarding what employers are doing about having employees return to the office, perform hybrid work and/or Work From Home (WFH).  This a full participation discussion with panel members providing structured discussion on this topic.

    Biography:  

    Tricia Kleber is the Senior Director, Payroll & Benefits at PSB Insights, LLC. She is the Secretary and Certification Representative at Dulles SHRM and has been active on the Board since 2014 and an active member of the chapter since 1997.  Tricia has provided HR services for Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP, Swart Lalande & Associates, PC, The Mason Companies and other employers. 

    Tricia has a B.S. degree in Consumer Studies from Virginia Tech, a M.B.A.degree, a M.A. degree in Human Resources, and a M.A. degree in Organization Development, all from Marymount University. She also holds a SHRM-CP certificate, a PHR certificate, and a CCP certificate. 

    Megan Hollywood is the Director of HR at Research Innovations Inc. and Board of Director Discussion Group Leader for Dulles SHRM since 2018.  Throughout Megan’s career, she has been an HR Leader in Pharmaceutical, IT, Hospitality and GovCon Industries.  Megan is an HR Business Partner and Leader that enjoys understanding business dynamics, developing HR strategy, operationalizing HR initiatives through project planning, implementation, and delivering solutions to achieve success for the business and the employees. 

    Megan has been a HR Leader and Business Partner for Lockheed Martin, Thales, Sanofi-Aventis and other well respected employers.  Megan has a B.A degree in Psychology from Bloomsburg University, has attended the University of Denver for Strategic Human Resources Management coursework and has obtained her SHRM-CP.  Megan has been a mentor, an executive coach and a human resources community advocate for encouraging others to actively pursue meaningful career paths (i.e., supporting students with career development).
