    Human Resources consultant to small and medium size businesses in Northern Virginia and Maryland. My company provides services in the areas of Benefit Administration, Compensation Programs design, HR Administration, Employee/Labor Relations, Talent Management, and Legal Compliance. Currently working as the HR Director for a pharmaceutical company in Bethesda. Implemented ADP HR and Benefits, Performance and Talent Management modules on the ADP Workforce Now platform. Implemented a global payroll system utilizing ADP Streamline for 3 foreign subsidiaries. Developed Sexual Harassment training program, revised employee handbook and company policy manual. Administered annual performance and merit increase process for corporate staff and sales organization utilizing Individual Development Plans and job function matrix.

    Human Resources consultant engaged as the Human Resource Director for a mid-size federal Security guard government contractor. Project based work to stabilize the HR functions and to bring the organization into compliance with Federal and State employment laws and to ensure compliance with negotiated Collective Bargaining Agreements.
