    Juli Dennis, MidAtlantic Director of Wellness and Population Health Management

    Juli Dennis, MS, CHES brings over 14 years of experience in Public Health, Disease Management, Clinical Quality and Health Promotion. At USI, she is responsible for developing and managing wellness and other cost management solutions for our clients. Her focus is on solutions that will drive fundamental decreases in claims costs through improved employee engagement, health improvement, improvement in quality of care and maximizing the efficiency with which our customers' employees engage in the health care system.

     

    Ali Esfahani, ERISA Attorney

    Ali Esfahani, J.D., is the regional director of compliance and an ERISA attorney for the USI legal team, based in Falls Church, VA. He is responsible for all aspects of federal health and welfare legal compliance, including compliance with ERISA, health care reform (ACA), COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, MHPAEA, Internal Revenue Code taxation issues and other federal laws impacting employer-sponsored group health plans.
