    Our facilitator for this discussion is Eileen Taylor, Co-founder and Principal Consultant with hyrebuzz, llc. Eileen provides a wide array of people solutions to government contractor, nonprofit, and commercial clients. She builds and manages complete human capital platforms including competencies, compensation and performance management programs, policies, management training, communication strategy, and executive search.

    Eileen earned a B.S. degree in Business Education from Radford University’s School of Business and Economics. She holds Senior Professional in Human Resources certification with HRCI and a SHRM-SCP from SHRM. Eileen received a Certificate in Volunteer Leadership from Virginia Tech. She co-authored Simplify Social Media for Recruiting, which won the publisher’s Editor’s Choice award; she serves on the Board of Directors of the Washington Area Compensation and Benefits Association and on the HRANCA Compensation Survey Committee. She serves as a volunteer chef for Miriam’s Kitchen, which serves nutritious meals to and arranges for permanent housing for the homeless. Previously, Eileen had facilitated a 13-week professional HR certification course for the Dulles Chapter of SHRM for over a decade.
