Many people think compensation and think “money”, but compensation is so much more. Career advancement, performance management and rewards are a few additional components that can be a part of a compensation package.

Good compensation packages can make a significant impact on an organization. Whether it is attracting the best and brightest employees, retaining those employees or increasing employee morale, a good compensation package can set an organization apart from the rest.  Especially in today’s competitive environment for talent, it is crucial that organizations have a strong compensation structure in place and that they stay on top of the changing times.

Our moderator, Linda White, PHR, SHRM-CP, will explore the following with our seasoned panelists:

    • Steps to consider when setting up a compensation structure
    • Best practices for government consulting when dealing with market pricing for proposals and labor
    • Changing times: How to remain compliant and aware of legal risks and implications
    • Compensation trends
    • Compensation systems

Panelists include Maia Lucier, Senior Director, Global Sales Performance Management for Hilton; Janet Hunt, Vice President for Total Rewards for CSRA; and Eileen Taylor, Co-Founder and Principal Consultant for hyrebuzz, llc.
