Cultivate Your Culture with the Culture Crew!

Do you see the value of building a strong culture, but don’t know where to begin? Have you tried some things, but gotten marginal results? Do you feel like you need a roadmap? If so, join the “Culture Crew,” as they relate their best practices and encourage you to share your own experiences with both healthy and unhealthy cultures.

While every workplace is unique, there are tried and true ideas/initiatives that they have found to work repeatedly for their clients and beyond.  We’ll listen to your stories, share some of our own, pose questions, and discuss possibilities!

Come join authors Adam Calli, Dawn Cacciotti, and Leslie Schreiber from the book, Cultivating Culture and see how their combined 60 plus years of HR related work help guide organizations in creating and sustaining healthy workplace cultures, and could be put to work for you.
