For our November meeting, we will be focusing on some important talking points for HR Professionals as it relates to trends and movements for Benefits. In this conversation, we will cover topics such as:

• Separating fads from trends

• How to derive more value from programs offered

• Maximizing relationships with our Benefits Partners

Our Facilitator for this conversation is Derek Winn, who is a Sr. Consultant from Business Benefits Group in Fairfax.  Derek specializes in working with Government Contractors to design, build, and maintain better benefit programs.  He actively consults with over 80 clients in DC, with 75% falling into his special focus of IT/Professional GovCon groups.
 
Derek brings a unique outlook for HR leaders who are looking to maximize their own personal effectiveness, but also the impact that their Benefit programs have on the lives of their Employees.
