Matthew Ellin, Manager, Learning & Organizational Development, with Nestle will review a case study based on efforts that began in 2015 at Nestle. By leveraging retention data from CEB, Harvard Business and Korn Ferry, the key leadership skills that drive both employee engagement and retention were identified.
