    Matthew Ellin, Manager, Learning & Organizational Development, with Nestle will review a case study based on efforts that began in 2015 at Nestle. By leveraging retention data from CEB, Harvard Business and Korn Ferry, the key leadership skills that drive both employee engagement and retention were identified. In this session, we’ll discuss the behaviors that effectively drive: Change Management, Team Culture, Performance Management and Coaching and explore Nestlé’s approach to determine where and how to best focus their efforts for leader development.
