Please join us for the March discussion group, led by Luke Conger of Business Benefits Group. We will be discussing the vital role of HR technology, particularly as it pertains to the millennial workforce.
About our topic:
With the rise of the millennial workforce (and it not slowing down), it is important for organizations, especially the HR leaders of these organizations, to understand the vital impact technology has on recruiting, retaining and developing their millennial workforce. This can include the use of an online HR management tool like an HRIS, HCM or HRMS. It also helps to understand the difference between the three, even if they do blur together.
About our discussion leader:
Luke Conger being a millennial himself, as well as having a background in the Payroll and HR technology space, and having worked for one of the HRMS leaders in the industry, looks to share some of his findings as well as his personal experience in working for organizations on both ends of the technology utilization spectrum.
Please join us for this lively discussion. You are welcome to extend an invitation to interested colleagues. No fee is charged for attending. However, registration is required on-line, at least 24 hours in advance, via the Dulles SHRM web site (www.dullesshrm.org) -- Chapter Discussion Groups. If you have questions, contact Laurie Smith at 703-362-8082 or lauriesmith717@gmail.com. Participation may be limited to the first 25 people who sign up.
