    About the facilitator:

    Jessica Massara is an Account Manager and Lead Recruiter with ROCS Grad Staffing, where she started her career over five and a half years ago. Jessica has been an integral part of the success and growth of ROCS Grad Staffing by assisting with staff training and on-boarding, recruiting, and strategic planning partnerships with local companies to connect with top recent college graduate talent to fill entry-level positions. Jessica previously served as Director of College Relations for Prince William SHRM, where she volunteered at campus workshops and workforce readiness events at surrounding universities, including George Mason University, Virginia Tech, and Northern Virginia Community College. In her free time, Jessica enjoys running, spending time with her family and friends, and exploring local Virginia wineries.  Jessica is a proud graduate of Virginia Tech where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Business.
