The COVID-19 pandemic is adding further complexity to managing employee leave for organizations of all sizes. The Family First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) outlined what employers need to know to help support their employees as they become sick, care for family members, and are quarantined. In addition, states have amended their laws pertaining to paid sick leave and paid family and medical leave.
