Join us for an interactive online workshop that teaches what emotional intelligence has to do with stress, and the powerful way that getting in deeper touch with your emotions can help alleviate stress. Participants will learn two specific tactics to try for their own use at work (and at home).

    Learning Objectives:

    • Gain a deeper understanding of stress, emotions, and how to shift emotions
    • Learn three science-backed tools for managing emotions
    • Discuss ways to shift emotions that work for you

We will provide HR professionals with the following:

    • A self-reflection activity to try during the training
    • Information about expressive writing to try another time
    • An opportunity to discuss and brainstorm stress management techniques that work for you and your colleagues
