So much of my work is about seeking out and having the difficult conversations – in a workshop, during a coaching session.

Mauricio earned a BA in Economics and Psychology from the University of Virginia, and an MBA in Human Resource Management from The George Washington University.  Mauricio and his team have trained in every state, but North Dakota and life and work have taken him to more than 70 countries.  Mauricio is married to Kelly and has three great kids.
