    As we enter into the new year and greet an incoming administration, there are many questions in terms of laor and employment policy: what will stick, what will be new, and what will go by the wayside.  In this presentation, PilieroMazza's Nichole Atallah and Sara Nasseri will provide thier insights on what to watch for in 2021.


    About the speakers:

    Nichole Atallah

    Nichole counsels employers and their compliance professionals in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including employment discrimination, wage and hour, family and medical leave, labor union negotiations and grievances, executive compensation, and reductions in force. Nichole’s primary goal in representing employers is to help guide them through difficult situations, proactively address compliance, and avoid costly disputes. She serves as the Practice Group Chair for PilieroMazza’s Labor & Employment Group and Team Leader for the Firm’s Construction Industry Team.

    Sara Nasseri

    Sara advises employers on a range of workplace-related matters, with a focus on legal and regulatory compliance. She devotes a significant amount of her practice to assisting clients in drafting policies, handbooks, employment-related agreements, and overall best practices to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Sara also has experience handling workplace investigations and drafting and conducting workplace-related trainings, including sexual harassment and anti-discrimination and harassment trainings.
