    • Simple analytic tools you can use after the discussion
    • Understanding the relationship of the size of organization and the efficacy of the tools
    • Advances in survey techniques and application and how it can improve your HR function
    • Making a case using data for the importance of HR in your firm

This session will focus on understanding the full range of HR data analytics and how you can use these techniques in your HR decision making.  HR data analytics is a hot topic but most practitioners are unclear about what it is and how to use analytic tools.  Furthermore, the subject is being discussed in media, conferences, industry papers among others but usually only generically encouraging practitioners to utilize data analytics and without any details of how to implement these solutions.  In this interactive group discussion, an introduction to HR data analytics will be provided with suggestions on how you could use these techniques in your day-to-day job.  Additionally, recommendations will be provided for how to show the performance of your HR unit to the firms leadership.
