    Biography:

    SPEAKER’S BIOGRAPHY:

    Brad Smith is a Senior Consultant and works to assist clients in enhancing financial performance and/or attracting and retaining human capital. Brad's work includes researching and analyzing compensation data, conducting competitive market analysis, and designing incentive plans. Brad is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Prior to joining USI in 2014, Brad worked in public accounting and was the COO for a small real estate business in Columbus, Ohio. He received his Bachelor of Arts & Science from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.
