Attorney Hudaidah Bhimdi will discuss the changes to the Form I-9, including the format of the form itself, as well as the recently announced option for employers to conduct virtual inspection of the identity and work authorization documents. She will also discuss NextGen E-Verify and the significant impact it will have on the employment verification process.

    • What is NextGen E-Verify?
