If you are like most companies, you have a performance management process (or should). But is it effective and what challenges are you experiencing managing the process? How can you create a better, relevant, more engaging process for not only your employees but your managers as well? Let's discuss....
1. Performance review process changes in the last 3-5 years? In the next 3-5 years.
2. Approaching the death of the annual performance review and what will replace it
3. The challenges around getting managers onboard with completing reviews - timely
4. How to create processes for continuous feedback
5. How to tie compensation to the performance review process
