The following is a list of job descriptions for some of the Dulles SHRM Board positions. If you have questions about the duties of other open jobs, or if you have additional questions about those listed below, you may contact the current incumbent. Click here to get their contact information.
President
Primary Duties
- Provides leadership to the chapter consistent with state, area, and national SHRM policy, strategies, and objectives.
- Operates the chapter effectively so that the needs of the members are met.
- Performs duties as required by the chapter’s bylaws.
- Serves as a voting member of the State Council.
Detail of Duties
- Prepares agenda and chairs monthly Board of Directors meetings.
- Presides over activities of all officers and directors as well as standing committees to ensure accomplishment of chapter goals, strategies, and objectives.
- Monitors the use, accounting, and handling of chapter funds.
- Chairs monthly dinner meetings.
- Attends State Council meetings and actively participates in Council matters. Serves as an elected representative of the chapter. Appoints a proxy to attend State Council meetings when unable to attend.
- Communicates state, area, and/or national goals, policies, and programs to chapter members. 7. Represents the State Council to local chapter leaders and the membership.
- Participates in developing and implementing short-term and long-term strategy planning for the chapter.

- Maintains a current, active SHRM membership.
Past-President
Primary Duties
- Advises the President and other offices and the Board of Directors regarding past practices, general administration, and other matters to assist in effective operation of the chapter. .
Detail of Duties
- Acts as an advisor to the Board of Directors regarding past practices and operations in accordance with the chapter’s bylaws. Upon request, assists officers in performing their responsibilities.
- Serves as Chair of the Bylaws Committee. Reviews bylaws and recommends any needed changes to the Board of Directors for vote and chapter approval.
- Participates in developing and implementing short-term and long-term strategy planning for the chapter.
- Represents the chapter in the human resources community
- Attends monthly meetings and the Board of Directors meetings.
President-Elect
Primary Duties
- Assists the President in overseeing chapter activities.
- Performs Presidential responsibilities in the absence of the President.
Detail of Duties
- Prepares the annual Chapter Achievement Plan in consultation with the President and coordinates timely submission to the Area Manager by January 31 each year.
- Prepares submission for a chapter Pinnacle Award nomination, if applicable.
- Performs special projects as assigned by the President.
- Upon request, assists all officers in performing their responsibilities.
- Attends (and presides over, if necessary) monthly Board meetings.
- Participates in developing and implementing short-term and long-term strategy planning for the chapter.
- Serves as member of the nominating committee for his or her board.
- Represents the chapter in the Human Resources community.
Treasurer
Primary Duties
- Acts as trustee and financial agent in receiving, holding, and safeguarding all funds for the chapter.
- Disburses funds for normal and usual expenses unless the Board directs otherwise.
- Continually assesses the financial implications of proposed actions by the Board and informs the 4. 4. 4. Board of the financial ramifications of decisions.
- Observes the financial direction of the chapter, recognizes possible financial problems, and brings such problems to the attention of the Board for action.
Detail of Duties
- Maintains accounting records. Records all transactions and maintains a complete set of accounting records in the annual Treasurer binder. Records funds received and disbursements made. Records outstanding accounts receivable and unpaid obligations to assure complete chapter accounting records.
- Checks the chapter post office box at least weekly to retrieve checks and correspondence.
- Verifies the bank statement. Balances the checkbook(s) and reconciles any differences. Files the bank statement and returned checks in the annual Treasurer binder.
- Prepares and delivers a Treasurer’s report at each monthly Board meeting.
- Conducts an annual audit at year-end and summarizes the chapter’s financial status for the Board of Directors. If the treasury balance reaches a substantial level, engages an outside independent auditing firm.
- Pays chapter expenditures by check. Files copies of all spending records (e.g., invoices, checks) in the annual Treasurer binder.
- Deposits all excess funds not immediately needed to operate the chapter in a savings account or Money Market Account. Prepares and approves a budget that dictates the amount of money, if any, that should be deposited in these accounts. Investigates the kinds of accounts available.
- Maintains all funds in a centrally located bank. Ensures that funds are transferred from the old to the new Treasurer by obtaining a new signature card and executing a new corporate resolution with the bank upon election of the new Board of Directors.
- Receives electronic and hard-copy membership applications and collects membership fees from new members. When fees are received and the new member is in good standing, advises the Vice President, Membership immediately.
- Collects annual dues from members and forwards information on paid members to the Vice President, Membership.
- Receives meeting fees at monthly meetings. Pays the establishment where the meeting is held, records the amount as a meeting expense, and obtains a receipt. Deposits funds to the chapter’s bank account immediately.
- Prepares the chapter budget to include income sources and anticipated expenses. Income sources include, but are not limited to, dues from members, advertising, monthly meeting sponsorships, monthly meeting charges, raffles, seminars, workshops, and parties. Expenses may include printing, postage, travel, monthly meeting costs, audiovisual rentals, speaker travel, meeting room rental, workshops and seminars, and social activities.
Vice President, Membership
Primary Duties
- Maintains an up-to-date roster of the chapter membership.
- Tracks membership metrics
- Manages the membership function to attract new and retain current members.
Detail of Duties
- Create, maintain and report on various membership metrics that are actively measured.
- Enters online membership into database. Since Dulles SHRM is a 100% chapter, verifies that member applicants are members of national SHRM (email at National SHRM, Lisa Gardner, Regional Coordinator, Southeast Region, Society for Human Resource Management, Alexandria, Virginia 22314-3499 USA, Phone: (703) 535-6069, Fax: (703) 739-0399,Email: lgardner@shrm.org). Verify the member has paid by cross checking the Treasurer report.
- Notifies the Communications Director of new member names, addresses, company affiliations for insertion in the monthly newsletter.
- Assistant VP updates Mailer Malier on a biweekly basis to ensure all new email addresses are updated for mailings.
- Sends membership updates for the membership database to Communications Director.
- Check with members whose email addresses or mailing addresses are no longer valid to obtain updated information.
- Attend monthly Board meetings and presents a membership report. Discusses the overall membership status, the number of new members and any anomalies related to recruitment of new members and retention of existing members.
- Responds to requests for information about membership through telephone calls, personal contacts, e-mails, and correspondence.
- Acknowledges each prospective new member’s application and receipt of dues. Obtains more information as needed.
- Creates and e-mails the annual membership directory no later than May of each year.
- Updates annual membership directory to be emailed no later than October of each year.
- Reconciles membership information received from SHRM and notifies SHRM of any discrepancies.
- Plans and carries out a program to recruit new members who are active SHRM members in the chapter’s area but who are not current chapter members using quarterly mailings from SHRM.
- Facilitate and attend new membership orientation twice a year.
- Recommends and carries out ad hoc promotional programs to increase membership.
- Recommends membership criteria changes.
- Plans prospective member events.
- Participates in developing and implementing short-term and long-term strategy planning for the chapter.
- Represents the chapter in the human resources community.
- Attends monthly dinner meetings and Board of Directors meetings.
Vice President, Programs
Primary Duties
- Identifies and vets potential speakers for monthly meetings.
- Obtains and sends information on the speaker to the Communications Director for the monthly flyer by the last week of each month for the following month to include the speaker’s topic and bio information. Sends soft copies of the flyer to the Communications Director for email blasts and for posting on the website.
- Obtains and sends information on the speaker to the Certification Representative at least two months prior to the meeting for submission to HRCI for pre-approval of certification credits for the program to include the speaker’s topic and bio information, a brief summary of the speaker’s program, and a list of the objectives of the program. Coordinates with the Certification Representative in obtaining pre-approved credits from HRCI.
- Coordinates all logistics for speakers including, but not limited to, audio-visual needs, handouts, directions to the meeting location, bio information, travel needs, and evaluation feedback obtained from meeting attendees.
Detail of Duties
- Identifies potential speakers for monthly meetings. Focuses on speakers who are willing to present at no cost to the chapter, although the chapter is willing to consider modest travel costs. Focuses on speakers and program that add to the HR body of knowledge and can be pre-approved by HRCI for credits for attendees. Attempts to match speakers with interests expressed by the members in annual survey conducted by the chapter. Keeps abreast of developments in the human resources field to provide timely programs and services.
- Considers the following sources for speakers:
- Suggestions from Dulles Board members and chapter members
- Suggestions from other chapter Board members
- Personal experience with captivating speakers
- Best Speaker Directory - SHRM’s Education Department produces an annual online Speaker Directory each November that may be found on SHRM’s web site in the Volunteer Leader’s Resource Center. This Directory contains a roster of SHRM National Committee members who are available to speak at chapter meetings at no cost (other than expense reimbursement).
- Brings suggestions for speakers to Board of Directors meetings. Obtains Board approval on suggested speakers.
- Prepares “flyer text” describing speaker’s topic and background. Works with the speaker to identify a catchy title for the presentation. Describes briefly what the speaker will discuss and includes biographical information on the speaker.
- Coordinates all logistics for the speaker:
- Provides the speaker with directions to the hotel and the culture of our chapter.
- Obtains bio information.
- Requests audio-visual and other presentation needs.
- Determines any travel needs (e.g., reimbursement for mileage and tolls, hotel room).
- If the meeting includes a book signing, makes additional arrangements to include a table for the signing, shipping of books, any assistance for the author, arrangements for payment by members/attendees.
- Introduces the speaker at the meeting. Ensures that bio information is at hand.
- Presents the speaker with a gift at the conclusion of the presentation.
- In an effort to assist the Vice President, Programs for the following calendar year, presents potential speakers for the next calendar year to the Board. Upon approval, schedules these speakers and obtains as much information as possible on topics, bios, and audio-visual needs to present to the incoming Vice President, Programs.
- Ensures that the chapter has an adequate supply of speaker gifts and that a gift is available at each meeting for each speaker.
- Ensures that the supply of speaker gifts is replenished approximately 60 days before the gift supply is exhausted.
- Maintains custody of the chapter’s audio-visual equipment.
- Attends monthly dinner meetings and Board of Directors meetings.
- Participates in developing and implementing short-term and long-term strategic planning for the chapter.
- Represents the chapter in the human resources community.
Vice President, Sponsorship
Primary Duties
- Identify and market to potential sponsors for (1) Annual Sponsor and (12) Monthly Sponsors.
- Coordinate logistics for Monthly and Annual Sponsors to include, but not limited to, arrival times, handouts, directions to the meeting location, expectations and personal introduction to President for meeting’s presentation.
- Communicate with potential Monthly and Annual Sponsors to encourage them to sponsor/participate in future meetings. Coordinate committed sponsors for expectations, meeting logistics, invoicing, and advertising.
Detail of Duties
- Identify potential Monthly and Annual Sponsors. Focus should be on sponsors whose business purpose relates to SHRM Membership. (Something to do with the needs of the Human Resources professional.)
- Maintain Dulles SHRM Speakers & Sponsors Spreadsheet detailing Sponsor contact information, level of sponsorship (Gold, Silver, Bronze), commitment date and invoice payment. Notate which months the Annual Sponsor presents in order to ensure 3 Chapter Meetings are attended for presentation purposes.
- Gain commitment for Annual Sponsor: which 3 meetings will they perform 5 minute presentation, coordinate names of the 2 who will be attending each monthly meeting, coordinate name of who will be giving the 5 minute presentation. Email Chapter President and Chapter Registration coordinator well in advance of each Chapter meeting to coordinate registration and presentation.
- Gain commitment for Monthly Sponsor: who will be attending the meeting and who will be giving the 5-minute presentation. Email Chapter President and Chapter Registration coordinator well in advance of each Chapter meeting to coordinate registration and presentation.
- Introduce Monthly Sponsor and Annual Sponsor at the Chapter Meeting to other members and The Board. Ensure that Chapter President has introduction materials at hand that meet expectation of Sponsor. (The Chapter President should not duplicate the Sponsor’s presentation upon introduction.)
- In an effort to assist the Vice President Sponsors for the following calendar year, gain commitment for at least the first three months of the next calendar year for Monthly Sponsors, and present prospective Annual Sponsor for the next calendar year to the Board.
- Actively solicits Monthly Sponsors at Gold Level in an effort to help defray meeting expenses. Coordinates with the Communications Director, Registration Coordinator, and the Webmaster to publicize sponsor products and services prior to the meeting in the meeting flyer and on the website and to arrange for a brief presentation by the sponsor during the meeting.
- Invoice the sponsor in accordance with commitment (Gold, Silver or Bronze). Ensure that payment is made at least one month prior to Sponsorship event.
- Follow up with Monthly Sponsor and Annual Sponsor to ensure that expectations were met.
- Attend monthly Chapter Meetings and Board of Directors meetings.
- Participate in developing and implementing short-term and long-term strategic planning for the chapter. (Review both WTPF and NOVA SHRM Sponsorship Activities and schedule of charges.)
- Represents the chapter in the human resources community.
Legislative Liaison
Primary Duties
- Monitors and evaluates on a continuing basis pending legislative, regulatory, and legal action at the Federal, state, and local level that may have an impact on the management of human resources.
- Presents a legislative report or update to the Board at Board meetings and to the membership at monthly dinner meetings.
- Informs elected officials of SHRM’s position on legislation affecting the human resources profession.
- Coordinates as needed with the State Public Affairs Director and the SHRM staff in obtaining and distributing legislative information.
Detail of Duties
- Provides a legislative affairs report to members at chapter dinner meetings.
- Prepares and sends articles on legislative updates and other timely information to the Communications Director for insertion in the monthly newsletter with a deadline on the Friday prior to each chapter meeting.
- Maintains contact, both face-to-face and in writing, with state legislators and congressional staff.
- Monitors state and local government activities and provides timely information on public policy issues to the chapter President, the State Legislative Affairs Director, and the SHRM headquarters staff.
- Initiates action in response to legislative alerts under SHRM’s HRVoice program after coordination with the State Legislative Affairs Director or the SHRM headquarters staff.
- Informs chapter members about HRVoice programs and how to use the letter-writing feature on the SHRM website.
- Develops and supports workshops and seminars that address public affairs issues.
- Promotes increased knowledge and activities for influencing legislation within the chapter.

- Represents the chapter in the human resources community.
- Attends all monthly chapter meetings and Board of Directors meetings.
Discussion Group Director
Primary Duties
- Manages the activities of the monthly discussion groups.
- Definition: The intent of the monthly discussions is to allow the participating HR professionals to learn from each other on a common topic of interest. An important criteria in organizing these discussions is that they are "facilitated" and not "leader led." Although the facilitator can be an expert on the topic, the primary responsibility of the facilitator will be to encourage discussion.
- Reviews program feedback and member requests to be used in planning future events.
Detail of Duties
Working with/through committee members, plans a calendar for monthly discussion groups, including topics, facilitators, and locations. The SIG Director or any committee member or a combination would take responsibility for the following:
- Identifies topics, facilitators and meeting sites.
- Contacts facilitators and makes arrangements for meetings, including confirming light breakfast food is available, and equipment should facilitator request it.
- Ensures that future meetings are publicized in the newsletter, on the website, during dinner meetings, and through "mailer-mailer."
- Prepares facilitators by advising them of desired "facilitative" format. Works with facilitator to identify 3-5 "questions for reflection" to be included in the invitation to members.
- Acts as point of contact for registrations (all are submitted on-line); prepares, circulates and distributes "sign-in" sheet to all participants at end of each meeting.
- Attends discussion groups (or appoints a representative to do so).
- Advises the Board of Directors regarding results of meetings and future direction for the SIG.
- Participates in developing and implementing short-term and long-term strategy planning for the chapter.
- Represents the chapter in the human resources community.
- Attends all monthly dinner meetings and Board of Directors meetings.
Student Chapter Liaison & Scholarship Coordinator
Primary Duties
- Fosters networking, mentoring, and learning opportunities for local students who are seeking careers in human resources.
- Serves as liaison between the Dulles SHRM Chapter and faculty and student representatives at one or more local colleges and universities.
- Manages the annual scholarship program and awards.
Detail of Duties
- Communicates with local faculty and colleges to provide networking, mentoring, and learning opportunities for local students who are seeking careers in human resources. Opportunities may include classroom visits to discuss HR topics, attendance at Dulles SHRM meetings, participation in internships or Dulles SHRM’s scholarship program, and so forth.
- Establishes mentoring opportunities for college students who are studying human resources.
- Obtains internship opportunities from chapter members by requesting internship postings and forwarding job opportunities to local colleges and universities.
- Reviews resources for developing student chapter liaison available through SHRM at www.shrm.org/committees/default.asp?page=college.asp.
- Develops scholarship application evaluation criteria and appropriate materials to publicize the annual scholarship program to local colleges and universities. Evaluates applications and recommends recipients. Notifies recipients and prepares letters and checks to the appropriate colleges and universities. Recommends revisions to the program.
- Participates in developing and implementing short-term and long-term strategy planning for the chapter.
- Represents the chapter in the human resources community.
- Attends monthly dinner meetings and Board of Directors meetings.
Certification Representative
Primary Duties
- Leads and publicizes chapter activities related to PHR and SPHR certification for the membership.
- Coordinates workshop and conference attendance with other SHRM chapters.
Detail of Duties
- Examines feasibility of offering chapter study programs for Dulles SHRM chapter members and for members of other SHRM chapters.
- Obtains pre-approval from HRCI on re-certification credit hours for chapter meetings,discussion groups, and events as appropriate and provides related documentation to attendees who are interested in tracking re-certification credits
- Leads preparation and implementation of chapter-sponsored courses related to SHRM certification. Coordinates with the instructor on the schedule and agenda. Obtains course materials. Publicizes courses to chapter members and to other chapters and organizations in coordination with the Communications Director. Obtains attendee feedback following course completion. Recommends future direction to the Board of Directors.
- Monitors and evaluates offerings from other chapters and from universities related to preparing members for PHR and SPHR certification exams.
- Publicizes advantages of obtaining and retaining certification by submitting informative articles for the chapter newsletter and for the website.
- Provides special recognition for chapter members who obtain certification. Forwards a list of newly-certified members to the Vice President, Membership and the Communications Director.
- References the toolkit available for chapter certification representatives at www.hrci.org/chapters/ as a source of additional information for members.
- Attends monthly dinner meetings and Board of Directors meetings.
- Participates in developing and implementing short-term and long-term strategy planning for the chapter.
- Represents the chapter in the human resources community.
- Serves as an advisory committee member for the Dulles/NOVA SHRM mentoring program.
Diversity & Workforce Education Director
Primary Duties
- Monitors and evaluates on a continuing basis local activities concerning workforce education issues and plans and encourages chapter involvement and activities impacting the workforce education arena.
- Presents reports or updates to the chapter Board and the membership.
- Leads ad hoc projects or activities related to workforce education that may raise awareness in the local community and among the membership.
- Works in cooperation with state and national level workforce education advocates.
- Monitors and evaluates on a continuing basis local activities concerning diversity issues.
- Spearheads the effort to diversify the chapter’s membership and leadership and to publicize successful diversity programs in the local community.
Detail of Duties
- Serves as advocate and program coordinator for chapter workforce education activities.
- Identifies and evaluates workforce education issues that impact workforce readiness and develop goals for chapter workforce education strategy.
- Reports on workforce education issues to chapter members and serves as advocate at chapter activities for education programs.
- Serves as a resource for chapter members on workforce education issues and provides leadership to the chapter on education issues.
- Monitors local activities concerning school-to-work and provides timely information on education issues to the chapter President and state workforce education director.
- Works in close cooperation with the state workforce education director and the national task force.
- Develops and supports workshops and seminars that address workforce education issues.
- Provides special recognition for chapter members and for local programs that promote betterment of workforce through educational process.

- Develops and/or distributes information and materials to chapter members to promote diversity in the workplace. Venues may include the monthly chapter newsletter and links from the chapter website.
- Publicizes examples of successful diversity efforts being undertaken by chapter members in their particular workplaces.
- Identifies minorities and other individuals with diverse backgrounds in the local area who may be interested in joining the chapter.
- Identifies current chapter members with diverse backgrounds who may be interested in volunteer leadership opportunities.
- Presents diversity updates in the form of timely information and announcements at monthly meetings and works with the Vice President, Programs to identify diversity programs for conferences or chapter programs and speakers with diverse backgrounds for conferences or chapter programs.
- Networks with Diversity Directors from other chapters within the state.
- Coordinates efforts in developing diversity initiatives that may serve as models for other chapters
- Participates in developing short-term and long-term strategy planning for the chapter.

Secretary
Primary Duties
- Maintains records of Board meetings and regular chapter meetings.
- Maintains the chapter mailing list.
- Maintains the chapter by-laws, including any amendments.
- Sends announcements, newsletters, and other information about chapter activities to the district director and state director.
Detail of Duties
- Upon election each year, orders name tags for newly elected Board members through SHRM.
- Maintains a record of attendance at Board meetings.
- Prepares the minutes of all Board meetings to include:
- Date, time, and place of meeting
- Names of officers and directors in attendance
- Quorum statistics, as needed
- Correcting and adopting minutes from the previous meeting
- Reading of the Treasurer’s report and its acceptance
- Record of what occurred at the meeting
- Resolutions made and whether they were adopted
- Reports of officers and committees
- Adjournment and time
- Signature of the Secretary
- During the last week of each month, receives the current mailing list from the Vice President, Membership and receives the flyer from the President. Mails hard copies of meeting flyers and other information, as necessary, to the membership no later than the first week of the following month. Also e-mails this information to the district director and state director.
- Files the original chapter bylaws and dated copies of each amendment in the permanent record.
- Maintains for the records a list of current officers, committee members, and general membership; copies of all chapter publications; and approved and signed minutes of all Board meetings.
- Participates in developing and implementing short-term and long-term strategy planning for the chapter.
- Represents the chapter in the human resources community.
- Attends all monthly dinner meetings and Board of Directors meetings.
SHRM Foundation Representative
Primary Duties
- Educates, promotes, and represents the interests of the SHRM Foundation and its activities to the chapter.
- Leads chapter fundraising activities for the SHRM Foundation.

- Educates the chapter membership regarding the existence, purpose, and ongoing activities of the SHRM Foundation.
- Encourages the chapter membership to contribute financially to the SHRM Foundation as a show of support of the human resources function. Leads chapter fundraising efforts (e.g., 50/50 raffle).
- Encourages the chapter membership to support an annual contribution to the SHRM Foundation by the chapter.
- Advises and updates the chapter membership on the Foundation’s activities and fundraising needs.

Marketing Director
Primary Duties
- Coordinates the various aspects to provide timely publication of the Dulles SHRM newsletter. Provides timely and comprehensive information to chapter members about breakfast and dinner meetings, programs, chapter discussion group meetings, workshops, sponsorships and other matters of interest via the newsletter, website, and other publications.
- Serves as liaison with other SHRM chapters and organizations
Detail of Duties
- Compiles, edits, designs, lays out, and produces the monthly newsletter. Sends to Chapter President prior to meeting. Distributes the newsletter via hard copy at monthly meetings and then posts the soft copy on the website following each monthly meeting.
- Recruits assistance from the membership and outside experts for newsletter articles.
- Receives website submissions from members and non-members to include resumes, job postings, and company advertisements and forwards to Director, Website for posting..
- Prepares a hard copy of the next meeting flyer and sends to Director, Website 3 weeks prior to meeting. Ensures that the SHRM logo is appropriately displayed on all publications.
- Attends monthly breakfast and dinner meetings and Board of Directors meetings.

Website Director
Primary Duties
- Ensures that the "virtual" aspects of the Dulles SHRM website are stable, well designed, effective, up-to-date and properly maintained. Develops and maintains web site, creates content, adapts existing content to a web-friendly format, creates and maintains the logical structure of the content. Responsible for the design, development and enhancements of web applications. Participates in product development, requirements analysis, design and technical management. Requires strong technical skills, knowledge of internet working technologies, HTML, object-oriented programming and experience in graphic design.

Detail of Duties
- Maintains the website for content and design. Edits web pages, ensures that files are posted, and creates new links, and posts SHRM and chapter information as needed to keep the website current. 2. 2. Coordinates with the Outsourced Webmaster when necessary (prior approval from President needed before costs are incurred). Coordinates with Director, Media to post website submissions from members and non-members to include resumes, job postings, and company advertisements. Advises and updates the Board of Directors on recommended content and presentation of information on the website. Works with individual Board members on communicating information related to their respective areas.
- Tests and monitors the website to ensure stability and functionality.
- Studies and evaluates websites of other chapters and organizations and proposes enhancements that will increase the chapter’s visibility to vendors, prospective members, and the current membership.
- Manages email blasts covering upcoming meetings and other general information via mailermailer.com in a timely manner. Acts as backup to Membership to add and update mailermailer email addresses upon receipt from Membership.
- Updates database of any changes to membership, chapter meetings, chapter discussion groups and more. Coordinates with the Webmaster when necessary.
- Prepares a soft copy of the next meeting flyer and sends an initial email blast to the membership 2-1/2 weeks prior to the next meeting. Follows up with 2 additional emails prior to the meeting date.
- Ensures that the SHRM logo is appropriately displayed on all publications.
- Maintains and updates the chapter’s job descriptions.
- Attends monthly breakfast and dinner meetings and Board of Directors meetings.
