Some of the questions we'll discuss at this month's discussion include:

    • What should I do to prepare for international business travel if I've never done that before??
    • How do I open a new office in a country outside the USA?
    • Should I learn a second language besides English?
    • How can I increase my "International HRM" savvy as part of my career development (for example, to prepare for the time when my employer is acquiring companies outside the USA)?
    • Should I consider or even seek an expatriate assignment?
