    About the speakers:

    DR UNNATTI JAIN is a keynote speaker, author, and behavior change expert with a Ph.D. in Leadership and Change. She specializes in helping organizations and HR leaders bridge the generational divide in today’s workforce. With expertise spanning Baby Boomers to Gen Z and Gen Alpha, Dr. Jain equips leaders with practical strategies to transform workplace friction into collaboration, foster inclusion, and build resilient, emotionally intelligent teams.

    She works with “52 Key Concepts” framework empowering leaders to inspire trust, strengthen communication, and create cultures where every generation feels valued. As a Certified Youth Behavior Specialist and author of A Parent-Teen Journey, Dr. Jain brings a unique blend of academic depth, multicultural perspective, and real-world coaching experience.

    JOEY PRICE is CEO of Jumpstart HR, where he leads a multidisciplinary team providing
    award-winning HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Learning & Development, and HR Analyst services
    through its research division, Aspect43. He is also the author of The Power of HR: How to
    Make an Organizational Impact as a People Professional (Kogan Page, 2025). Based in
    Maryland, Joey is an international keynote and TEDx speaker, advisory board member, and
    recognized thought leader in the future of work.

    MARGOT HALSTEAD is a dynamic leadership coach and organizational development expert known for her honest, client-centered approach grounded in integrity and humor. With over 15 years of experience partnering with executives, teams, and organizations across government, corporate, and nonprofit sectors, Margot helps leaders stop playing small and lead themselves with strength, clarity, and purpose. 

    As founder of Orahill, LLC, Margot designs and delivers tailored coaching, facilitation, and leadership development programs that build emotional resilience, improve interpersonal communication, and foster healthy organizational cultures. Her clients include USDA, Department of Defense Educational Administration, NASA, Northrop Grumman, Dupont, FDA, FEMA, and more.  Before launching Orahill, Margot held senior leadership roles at Northrop Grumman and Orbital ATK, where she coached over 40 executives and high-potential leaders, led succession planning and engagement initiatives, and introduced change management practices. She also served as a Talent Management Consultant for Leidos and managed large-scale HR projects at SAIC.
