Exploring Employee Work and Life Transitions

We welcome Dee Cascio and Reed Dewey, who are transition coaches focusing on helping employees and those recently retired to transition to the next chapter of their lives. Little attention is often paid by companies to the non-financial aspects of retirement, yet it can be a stressful and anxious period for employees who have not given much thought to what's next.

In this session you will learn about:

    • Understanding what's going on emotionally for employees as they approach retirement age.
    • A validated retirement readiness survey that helps employees better prepare for their future.
    • The major life arenas that are part of all our lives and how recalibrating makes sense as we get older
    • Helpful resources available now for HR staff to help employees navigate the non-financial aspects of retirement so they can stay focused and productive at work.
