Measuring and Assessing Emotional and Social Skills Using the World's Leading Tool
Dulles SHRM Discussion Group is pleased to welcome Gina D’Andrea Weatherup. In our December session, Gina will be going over the EQ-i2.0 assessment tool with a specific focus on how the assessment can be used to build social skills for your teams. Gina will review all five parts of the assessment, how it’s taken, and what the required one-hour coaching session entails.

Biography:
Gina D’Andrea Weatherup is the founder and President at Chantilly Mediation and Facilitation. She prides herself on helping small groups and individuals through participatory processes; ask her how! Gina holds a Master of Arts in Women Studies from The George Washington University and a Professional Certificate in the Science of Happiness at Work. She is a trained, certified mediator whose practice focuses on workplace conflicts.
