    SPEAKER’S BIOGRAPHY:

    Kevin Sturm is the President and Strategic Business Advisor of FocalPoint Coaching in Herndon, VA. Kevin enable’s businesses to move from where they are today to where they want to be and beyond by clarifying their strategy, growing revenue and margin,, creating customer advocates, engaging and empowering their employees, and creating a culture of continuous improvement

    As a Vice President of Operations and senior technology executive, Kevin has spent his career driving large scale cultural transformation and change programs, turning around struggling organizations, developing leaders, and building and sustaining high-performance teams. With 25+ years of strategic execution across operations, adopting a customer-centric approach to drive commercial excellence, he has built and restored market share and profitability in startups and Global 500 companies.

    Kevin earned his master’s degree in Telecommunication Management from New York University – Polytechnic School of Engineering.  He also has a B.S. in Applied Sciences & Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
