1993 | Chapter wins the SHRM/OLSTEN Pinnacle Award based on the success and impact of the CEO Luncheon (awarded to 6 SHRM chapters a year for leadership and innovative programming) |

1996 | Meetings are moved to the Worldgate Marriott Suites in Herndon to accommodate the growing membership of 160 (with 17 SPHR’s and 16 PHR’s) |
